Horse reservations

How reserving works: confirming a reservation holds the horse for you for 7 days. No card is charged online; we contact you within 2 business days to arrange payment.
Deposit: a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the sale price secures the horse. The balance is due before the horse leaves our care.
If payment isn't arranged within 7 days, the reservation is released and the horse returns to sale.
Pre-purchase exam: you are welcome to have a vet of your choice examine the horse at your cost before paying the balance. If the exam finds a serious problem we did not disclose, your deposit is refunded in full.
Visits and trial rides: available by appointment before you pay the balance.
Paperwork: each horse goes home with a bill of sale, current Coggins test, vaccination records, and breed registration papers where applicable.
Transport: pickup is free. We can help arrange professional transport; its cost is paid by the buyer. Ownership and risk pass to you when the horse is loaded.
Returns: horses are sold as described and cannot be returned once they leave our care, so please use the visit and exam options above.

Each piece is made to order or from small batches and ships within 5–10 business days.
Orders ship tracked. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties for international orders are paid by the buyer.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Small marks and variations are part of hand-forged work and are not defects.

We collect only what we need to handle your order or message: your name, email, phone number, and order details.
Your information is used only to contact you about your order or question. We never sell or share it, except with carriers or transporters needed to deliver your purchase.
You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
